Need to cancel services?
Cancellations should be submitted in writing to info@Project1319.com. The Planner and Client are entitled to cancel a contract agreement at any given time. Should Project 13:19 Production Co. cancel a scheduled service due to inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable, a credit for services will be issued to the client. The client is responsible for any third party contract agreements with balances that were not contracted through Project 13:19 Production Co. Payments made prior to cancellation are subject to refund. Please see Refund Policy for full details.
Requesting a refund?
Please note, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. In the event the client requests cancellation of a contract 90 days or more before the event, the client is entitled to receive a full refund minus (15% Processing Fee). If the client requests cancellation 45-89 days before the event, (25%) of the contract total will be owed to Project 13:19 Production Co. If client requests cancellation 31-44 days before the event, (50%) of the contract total will be owed to Project 13:19 Production Co. After 30 days in advance of the event, Project 13:19 Production Co. shall be entitled to (100%) of the contract total. No refunds will be given after the conclusion of service.
