How do I book Project 13:19?

Everything starts with a complimentary consultation. We would love to hear the details and visions you have so that we meet your expectations and exceed them. Consultations are informative, but do not guarantee services. Your event date is not reserved on our calendar until a retainer fee is paid and legal documents are signed.

What kind of events do you plan?

So many things fall under our list of specialties, but we are always in high demand for social events, balloon installations, and personalized branding. We only commit to a select number of events per year to keep our reputation for a custom detailed and personalized planning process going. Quality over quantity.

What kind of packages do you have?

We offer 4 different types of packages

A vendor forgot some items, can you provide them?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for 3rd Party Vendors' obligations. If we have the necessary items on site, we will bill you accordingly for services. It is important to communicate your inventory and expectations when working with multiple vendors.

When should I start planning my event?

We require at least 6-8 weeks in advance to provide a personalized event planning experience. However, for the most economical planning we recommend 7-9 months in advance.

After you have completed the complimentary consultation steps and sent a proposal, you have the choice to pay a retainer fee for services that includes a design deck or request a Digital Project Plan. P-Plans are for our DIY clients who need a sense of direction and want to be 100% hands on with the event.

In 2023, the average event for 25-40 guests can cost anywhere from $1500 to over $4000. It's all in the details. Hiring a planner can save you hundreds of dollars just by utilizing our discounted partner prices that we have established over the years in business.

Do you break down balloons?

No we do not, each install is the client's responsibility to strike and disassemble. If renting any of our inventory items, we require 13:19's property is free of trash upon pick up. Should we have to strike balloons, a striking and disassembling fee will be charged.
