How to manage expectations

Organic Balloon Styling is a one of a kind art that can't be replicated, no two arrangements will ever be exactly the same. Latex colors are subjective. The 13:19 Team will do our best to keep designs aligned with The Client's vision and offer our professional opinions. However, we reserve the right to make necessary changes during the creative process to ensure your balloons are to our perfected standard, keeping your considerations priority. Occasionally, we may need to replace a balloon with a different style if the balloon has a manufacturing defect.

Where are you located?

Project 13:19 is a mobile design group, we do not have a storefront location. All Projects are planned virtually, via email, text or over the phone. On site consultations and meetings are by request. 

What are your hours?

Project 13:19 is available by appointment only. We are open Monday through Thursday 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday are reserved for designing.

 

What is the best way to schedule a service?

Browse our website, be inspired and schedule a complimentary consultation with our team to discuss your creative needs. After submitting an inquiry form a team member will respond within 24-48 business hours. 

How much does it cost for delivery?

Delivery fees are based on the nature of your order, location and access to venue. All fee’s are subject to change.

Do you charge for setup?

Yes, we charge for setup. Project fees depend on scope of project, location, number of Producers required and setup time. We charge an hourly rate per person.

Do you offer clean up/strike services?

Yes delivery, setup, and inventory breakdown/pick up are included in your event service fee. Balloon disposal is an additional fee. All rental frames should be free of balloons upon pick up. If accessory add-ons are apart of the design, items should be placed in bag provided by Project 13:19.

How and when do I pay?

Full payment is due 21 days prior to delivery or pickup. We accept payments through our direct invoicing processor. Please note all payments submitted online include a 3% processing fee. Once payment is processed, arrangements will begin, materials will be ordered and your project will be placed on our calendar.
